Victory Collegiate Consulting was founded by Tom Kovic and launched in 2006. After nineteen years of college coaching experience, Kovic realized a need to assist families, coaches and prospects in building effective plans that would assit them in navigating the college athletics recruiting process with confidence. Through the use of interactive seminars, online webinars and individual family advisement, the goal of VCC is to provide the necessary tools that will give prospects the best chance in finding the "right" college match.

The goal of VCC is to assist families in developing a strong working knowledge of the recruiting process, and help them navigate this experience with detailed planning, self reliance and great confidence. The college athletic experience provides student-athletes with the opportunity to excel in their sport of expertise, while growing an educational foundation that will create vast potential for future career advancement.
