That being said, our goal is to develop personal relationships with families, based on respect and provide them with sincere, individual guidance. Tom Kovic is committed to working "one on one" with a limited number of families, in an effort to offer a high level of personal family attention, while maintaining the highest business and personal integrity. In my nineteen years as a college coach, I have come to embrace one truth. The college experience is probably the most important time in the life of our children in that it will strongly shape their purpose and direction for the future. “Our family had the pleasure of meeting Tom Kovic in the fall of our son’s Junior year. From the time of the first meeting to the culmination of the verbal commitment (to a D-1 program) in July of the following year Tom has directed the recruiting process every step of the way.
